How to adjust idle?

On a side note, I’ve found that my idle drops fairly significantly as the inside of the throttle body gets dirty.  Just clean the throttle body and I bet the idle returns to normal.  I clean mine with some carb cleaner each time I clean the air filter (monthly), really surprised by the difference it makes to idle speed

From talking to my dealer, there is a small brass screw on the left side of the bike that should be the primary way to adjust idle on the bike.  Range of adjustment is less than on regular carburetor but sufficient for me.

Adjusting the throttle stop (as indicated above) should "theoratically" require to reset the TPS from what I understand.

As always, YMMV...

Hi, I've just bought a 2022 Vertigo Nitro 250, having some issues with starting, seems ok-ish from cold a couple slow kicks to prime it then it fires but then once warm it struggles to start properly, and the idle seems slow/rough until its warm & had a good rev - I did see a guy on YouTube have a similar issue & clean his throttle body - should I do the same or is there another issue here ? do they foul plugs ? I am running 5L petrol to 40ml oil as recommended by the seller - I did buy from a dealer so will be calling them Monday but I like the bike & intend to keep it so will I be doing this often ???

Sorry sounds long winded - just a mixture of joy and disappointment !

thanks
