Folding Licence Number Plate

Hello everyone,

I am fishing for some info about a licence plate for my gasgas pro.

I saw someone at hawkstone last year with a plate on their trials bike that fastened up onto the underside of the rear mudguard when not needed. I cannot find these anywhere and wanted to find out if any of you guys had seen them.

Also, does anyone know what the legal requirements are regarding plate size for use on the road. Any help will be appreciated.
