Crozzy
Hi, Can anyone shed light on the tank & seat units (White) on these models (80/81), I have noticed on photographs that there are two variants! One being the seat area rolls over on top of the rear shocks and the other being smooth (shock totally exposed) My model is the totally exposed version. Somebody has pointed out that it probably isn't original and could be off a 250? feetupfun
The rolled over version is clearly shown in sales brochures so there should be no doubt that both versions were standard for the Cota
zerorev3rev4
Upper pic is of a later 200 with engine frame guards , lower pic ( actually a friends bike ) is early 200 these tend to have an alloy tank under the shelter and shock mounts are much wider on the frame

Happier, now i know its not a different bikes tank. Thanks.
topline620
The bike with the exposed shocks is the later Cota 200 C, there were quite a few improvements to the carb and exhaust system etc. over the earlier bikes.
