hi i have had an 06 gasser 250 for about 4-5 months now and ever since i bought it it had a slow puncture, i have recently had the tyre off on a few occasions to clean it out etc and put it back on and popped it onto its bead, after doing this the tyre still goes down between the rim and tyre. any help would be appreciated as i am now stuck for ideas

Pump it up, get it in the bath, then mark the rim where the air is escaping. Get the tyre off and have a good look at the rim.

You sure it's not through the spokes, that's the most common problem. If it does turn out to be that have a search, there have been plenty of discussions on that.
