lsv
Why a "friendly" test station? If the bike meets the requirements of the test it should pass anywhere..........
Cookiemonster
Simply because some testers are ignorant to the process one local lad told me the bike has to have wing mirrors to pass walked away

All the info is easily downloaded from the government website and clear for all to see what is or is not required to pass. Most of which has been discussed on this forum in the past. lsv
e.g. Rear reflectors are not needed on motorcycles that: do not have front and rear position lamps fitted.

Or just go to a friendly / educated test station and save the hassel 😎

Luckily a club member was a tester and it was common knowledge to take your bike to him. Otherwise it'd fail on silly things due to other testers lack of knowledge. I agree with a certain N.Mandela who said "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." 🙂
