Any one here have any idea if there is a gear to bring 2nd closer to 1st in the 200 gearbox. There has to be a gear because the seeley(rs) is close so is the TLR 250. Any sugestions welcome from the honda fanatics. Cheers. :blink:

This was one of the main onternal modifications that Bob Gollner did on the 200's , as far as it was 'one off' gears and not off the shelf Honda bits from another model.

Pitley got me wondering about it.

From my understanding the TL's were geared closer than the RTL's

Still too much between the first three gears on the TL if you ask me.

Lack of TL125 power doesn't help either.

Yep the TL has a trials gear box, I just wondered if the ratio's were the same as the RS / Seeley box.

As far as power, I mean't the stock TL.

Hopefully mine will have a little more than stock when done. ;)
