The first round of the ladies British championship this Sunday will now be held at Cheverton Chalk pit, which is near Shorwell.

On Saturday afternoon,Ladies are invited to practise :chairfall: at Shorwell chalk pit which is one mile up the road and home of the current ladies Champion Becky Cook, they are also invited to camp there overnight :chairfall: if they so wish. This is were last years A/B youth trial was held, so you can have a go at their sections if you want.

The trial will have a lap of nearly 3 miles, so come prepaired. :chairfall:

AS, given the ACU ruleing last year that minders are not allowed on bikes at Youth and ladies rounds, and the recommendation from the T+C Committee for the courses for these event to be "sensible" is a 3 mile lap a good idea?

There are only two areas where the sections are, and one by itself, and the club has aranged for lifts to and from the section areas.

We thought as your coming from the mainland you would want a decent trial, not a micky mouse job, the club has a good reputation for putting on good trials that we wish to keep.

We want people to go home and tell everyone how good the trial was so that they will come back for our Two day and youth nationals. ;)
