I have a gasgas jtr 160 1993 that needs a new Kick start lever. I have seen second hand ones online but they all look really well used and possibly worse (looser) than my current one. My question is! Are there any other kickstart levers that will fit a 1993 gasgas jtr160. It has the smaller original spline (not 16mm) any help would really be appreciated If you are having problems locating a decent replacement then it may be easier to take your original to a an automotive/ motorcycle engineering workshop and ask them if they can drill the lever part pivot area and fit a sleeve using something like a oiled bronze bushing of a suitable size or ream one out to fit your kick start lower knuckles pivot post it will cost of course but it will be like new if done well and there may be no other option available unfortunately.
