andy m
Hi, I have just purchased a Fantic 125 twinshock and forgot to ask the seller what is the correct petrol/ oil mix ratio. Any ideas, the bike is about 1978. Thanks.
superhondaman
50:1 or 100ml oil to 4lt of petrol.
lee harris
Hi, on the tank cap it usually says 2% which is 50 to 1. I use 75 to 1 or 1,5% but only full synthetic oil. And I dont ride road sections on full throttle either!. If you are just riding in the woods the 1,5% is plenty if its a good oil! PS I run my 300 GG on the same oil at 100 to 1. 3 years down the road and no probs yet! Lee
essex rider
ive got a little rubber thing with fantic moulded into it, apparently it holds enough oil for one pint or litre (cant remember) of fuel.
dale
Just a quick thought,50-1 = 100mls to 5 litres not 4.The mixture - 100mls to 4lts is 40-1.
