g4321
The TLR200 front sprocket is usually located with a 'locator plate' which is bolted on to the sprocket. As anyone who has a TLR200 knows who has a smaller than standard sprocket fitted this no longer works. I know that to get round this a spacer is used behind the sprocket and a circlip is used to hold the sprocket in place. The 250 has a circlip both behind and in front of the sprocket. Farleys or Appleyards probably sell the spacer BUT can anyone give me a description OR better still dimensions. I am in the middle of rebuilding a 200 motor and would like to check the sprocket fitting method - on this bike its basically a large diameter washer. I am planning to make up a new spacer to suit but if someone can give me the 'correct' dimensions it will save a bit of playing about.
