IBA4rt
Good morning. I'm sorry if something is not understood well since you are using a translator. I wanted to ask, my 301 has come with all the electrical installation and homologation kit installed. I'm removing everything that's left over. The motorcycle comes with a lot of electrical installations and looking at the manual that was dismantled, there are two installations that I could theoretically eliminate since they are for elements of the approved version. specifically parts 28 and 29. Has anyone removed them? is it complicated? Extracting the deposit I am not able to differentiate them from the main installation.
konrad
Honda makes the best service manuals in the world! This is for a 2020 model 301: https://www.montesa.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/OSM-301RR-2020-EN-Web_V04.pdf Look for "Cable & Harness Routing" .PDF page 36 (manual page 2-13) shows the rear harness. Seems easy to remove. I did not see anything specifically about the 2ED front harness, but it may there too.

La página 36 del PDF (página 2-13 del manual) muestra el arnés trasero. Parece fácil de quitar. No vi nada específico sobre el arnés frontal 2ED, pero puede que también esté ahí. Yes, the ones on the back are easy to remove, but in theory, on the front there is another installation overlapping the main one that can be dismantled. I can't tell the truth apart. konrad
The service manual I linked shows different wiring diagrams for the 2ED (street) and 4ED (competition) version. The only handlebar controls on the competition version are the map switch and tether kill switch. That's all you need to make the bike run. Edited October 6 by konrad Changed 4WD to 4ED

Los únicos controles del manillar en la versión de competición son el interruptor de mapa y el interruptor de seguridad. Eso es todo lo que necesitas para hacer funcionar la bicicleta. Yes, what I need is to know / investigate how I separate that 2ed part from the front installation, since visually it seems all united. In the manual it looks different, on the bike it seems like everything is the same installation. At the moment I don't know how to separate it. konrad
Parts book and service manual I found online are for slightly earlier models. It's possible your 2024 is different.
jrsunt
There is a yellow connector under the tank. This joins the looms together. You need to remove the correct pins from the yellow connector to remove the lighting wires. This also puts the ECU into the correct setting for competition use
