vainparasite
Hi I've just got the above bike a 2018 model and I'm finding it difficult to get started. I've ordered a new air and fuel filter in the hope that this could help. The only times I've had it started I had to squirt a syringe of premix down the throttle body but I can't be doing that all the time ๐ Does it sound like a fuel filter problem or pump problem to you guys. I don't think it helps that I got the 300cc version and I'm only 156lbs. But it was road registered and in pretty good condition. Thanks guys ๐๐๐ Martinย Edited 9 hours ago by vainparasite Forgot to add my name
lemur
Fuel injected? ย sounds like low fuel pressure at startupย
vainparasite
I was thinking along the same lines, if the filter is blocked it will restrict the fuel I suppose ๐๐๐๐ Thanksย
lemur
Lots of potential causes, a leak in a pressure line is just as likely as a blockage, does it have a battery or capacitor, does it need a bigger battery or capacitor. ย Fi pumps can usually be checked for performance by powering them up to an external power supply and measuring the volume of output over time. ย
