gasgasthermo
bend a peice a thin steel to the shape of the under side of the mud gard as you only need it on the bottom and rivet it eather side of the crack hope this helps!! wiltshire_boy
Broke my rear practising in the garden recently but managed to bodge it by Aralditing a piece of flexible perspex type stuff across the crack underneath then "plastic welding" (i.e. melting) around the edges with the fat tip on my soldering iron. It sure as hell don't look very pretty but seems to be holding. The fumes coming off it were probably best not inhaled though
