essex rider
Boiling water and a blow torch always mean they near enough fall out. With the new bearings gently prise seals off and put some waterproof grease inside. Simple :boldblue:
lewis_gasgas
The bearings that ive usually got have already been greased on the inside ...
essex rider
I know, just remove as much of that crappy grease that comes with them and change it for waterproof stuff
totalshell
a mate of mine who builds and flys his own aeroplanes after designing commercial airliners for a living says bearings should only be greased approx for a quarter of their circumfrence, anymore and the grease acts as a friction rather than a lubricant..
