348mate
A friend who isnt too handy with the spanners has asked me to fit a flywheel weight to his Raga 300rep 05'....Its a genuine gasgas supplied weight kit. Anything to look out for doing this job? Is it fairly straightforward? only ask in advance as i havent got the kit with me yet.. cheers S.M. 348mate
For clarity i have asked gasgas and their flywheel weight has top hat type nuts which mount inside flywheel ,hence no tapping of the drilled holes on f/wheel...as per hebo one. still have to remove to fit. I will most certainly be getting a before and after ride on this bike!!!! thanks guys S.m. Edited May 16, 2006 by 348mate
grib
When I fitted my GG supplied weight I drilled two new holes through the weight and flywheel to match the pins on my flywheel holder so I could torque it up again (or you could use the yee-hah zip gun method).
