subira Posted February 16, 2004 Report Share Posted February 16, 2004 I prefer the hand made stainless version All the front pipes fit all the bikes (315 that is) I got my '99 chromed, but after the bead blasting and chroming it would have been cheaper to buy new. Always clean down to metal before you paint. Old paint will peel and take your new paint with it. Metal won't do that. If you but a chrome pipe, paint the inside with hi-temp paint.
