cactus jack Posted June 2, 2006 Report Share Posted June 2, 2006 Hello i was wondering if anyone in here could assist me to find or even explain to me the magneto to cdi unit wirng harness on the fantic 243, as the ends of the wires (terminals) have been removeds and i am unsure of where the different coloured wires attatch to on the cdi unit? any assistance is greatly appreciated. grib Posted June 2, 2006 Report Share Posted June 2, 2006 (edited) If it has a Ducati coil it should say on the side (in Italian) which colour wires go where: Rosso - Red, Bianco - White, Verde - Green. The second terminal on the CDI/coil marked Verde is where you connect the kill switch. There should also be another wire moulded in to the CDI which connects to the frame on one of the CDI mounting bolts.
