bikespace
Go on then, who's got some details about Ian Pollock Memorial trial? Seems like a quiet weekend at the moment. Fancy travelling 'a bit'. Been dying to see what other peoples trials are like after starting up again 18 months ago. It's three hours to the Scottish Border from here, so please tell me it's not at the Northern tip of Scotland. Which club? Any links for it? Regs out yet? Entry limit? Thanks
bikespace
Thanks John, I'll have to see if some of the local lads fancy a trip (share driving - mainly on the way back). Bit of a hike, but would like to get up there. Alternatively I have a stop off point with the clan Adamson if necessary, just over the border. May be able to pursuade a couple of them to chauffeur me up the second half I'll drop Mags an email to enquire.

bikespace
Looks like I may be suggesting to my better half that it's a while since we visited her family We'll have to see. Would like to get up there, not sure if I can make it for SSDT week yet. I won't be doing this on a regular basis.
Andy
These days with the amount of speed cameras, the AA is not normally too far out. No speed cameras on the M6 other than temporary ones through roadworks. No cameras on the M74 (but watch out for blue unnmarked BMW's!), none on the M80/A80, none on the M9. Once you come off motorway though they do tend to have camera vans in lay-bys. Particularly at weekends. It's a popular route with the ton-up bikers. No fixed cameras though. bikespace
Well, just as I was getting a bit excited there, and already had permission from the almighty, it's all gone t*ts up. I looked at the Saturday and Sunday in the calendar and there wasn't much on. But....it's a bank holiday weekend presumably. I'm riding the Lomax on the Monday. I will have to keep my eye on events up there. I'm sure Trialscentral will keep us aware of the key trials up there. Trouble at the moment is a lack of weekends - just one a week. Has it always been like that, it seems busier these days.
bigfoot
Bikespace It's a few years since I managed to make it over to this trial but it has to be one of the best one day trials I've ever done. Not to be missed. That said I'm going to miss it again this year due to overseas work commitments. Andy Wish you'de told me about the blue unmarked's before last easter. I over took one on the A74 before it lit up like a christmas tree and pulled me over. Another 3 points!
