:Stalwarts Trial

This trial is traditionally run the day after the presentation evening, and is a handicapped trial for adults (youths ride non comp) where all the scores from all routes are tabled together and the lowest score wins so the trial could be won by an expert or a beginner

Directions to venue

the M62 at Junction 26. Take the Cleckheaton / Dewsbury road. Go through the first set of lights. As you approach the Pelican crossing, turn left at Balme Road. Follow the road till you come to a sharp right turn, this is Cliffe Lane. Follow the road for ¼ mile and look for some gates on the left with a rockery. Turn in through the gates.
