The Captain’s Trial, one of the best attended Pre 65 trials in the country, is a bit special in our trials calendar. It is one of the clubs oldest trials. It's unique being held in the Castle Carr Country Estate, north of Halifax, 2.5ml after HX27TN
With its moorland landscape it is one of the most scenic areas of the Pennines and has all the hills, streams, gullies and quarries needed for an excellent trial, just as they were in the 50’s and 60’s.

As this is no longer a Club Championship trial, club membership is not a requirement.
Catering and Toilets at the start and join us afterwards at the Crossroads Inn, Wainstalls nearby.
The event is always oversubscribed so get your entry in early to avoid disappointment. Entry form attached. No entries accepted at the start.
