It was a comfortable win for Dabill who was never really challenged by the field. A first lap score of twelve set the early running with reigning Champion, Jack Price – Gas Gas second and Toby Martyn – Montesa, third.

This, combined with a less impressive score from Price on the final lap was sufficient to give Martyn second place.

It was a high scoring event in the Youth Elite Class with just two riders dropping less than one hundred marks over the day. Mitch Brightmore – Gas Gas prevailed by a twenty-two mark margin over Gus O’Blien – Sherco with Brett Harbud – Beta claiming the remaining podium place.

The Expert Class saw Richard Sadler – Beta clock up his second successive victory by seven marks over a steadily improving Guy Kendrew – Beta with Dan Thorpe – Gas Gas finishing third.
