Stroud Solo Trial

Bob Miles signed 47 riders on to compete over three laps of 12 sections on a sunny day at the Field Farm land at Nymphsfield.

Simon Welch maintained his grip on the Western Center Championship by narrowly beating Ben Bowkett on the expert route. Wessex Center visitor Lee Hassal took third from Oliver Humphries who like others lost marks in section 8, a tight slippery  exit from the stream.

Stroud Valley clubman Nathan Pekala took the 50.50 award, and John Roberts the clubman route from Nigel Tomkins who after helping mark out on Saturday thought he should have done better.

A well supported yellow route was taken by Welsh visitor Dai Clothier losing a single dab.
