Simon Welch beat Oxford visitor Rob Warner and Wessex champion Kurt Brain to win the Stroud Valley round of The Western Center Championship.
A challenging course of 12 sections at Nymphsfield.were covered three times. On the expert route sections 3 and 5 were eased slightly for laps 2 and 3, but still took plenty of marks.
On the clubman/expert route Ryan Woodward just pipped top lady entrant Victoria Payne with all class riders finding the 'white route' sections challenging.
Top clubman John Roberts continued his winning run, beating Steve Cook and the evergreen Mark Talbot.
Tim Wheeler took best performance and best pre65 on the yellow route with a clean sheet, with Billy Andrews on a single dab and Dai Clothier a further 2 behind.
