In complete contrast to the weather we have been having recently; the weather at Skyrakes for the annual John Bolton trial was glorious.
Dropping only two marks, Kieran Child made the most of the dry conditions to finish at the top of the leader board and being the best A class rider took the Plastics Trophy. Richard Mellon who was not very far behind him was the best of the novice riders and subsequently the winner of the coveted John Bolton Trophy. Andrew Jackson, who was riding in the over 40 class, was 3rd overall and wins the best over 40 award.
