The Alec Baumber Memorial Trial was held at a sunny Welton Quarry and 37 riders attempted the 8 sections set out in the pouring rain on Saturday. On the expert route Darren Cox took the win over Victoria Traves 51 marks to 77 . On the middle route John Fox on 3 was just edged out of the top spot by Chris Traves on 2. Martin Cocks also dropped 2 to lead the 50/50 route with Stuart Wood in second on 6. On the white route Duncan Roberts was the winner losing 5 marks and Dylan Stamp in second losing 13.
