Three routes plus an additional 50/50 option which will use half of the middle route and half of the hard route sections.
Easy (white) route for novices, older riders, or anyone who just wants a an easier day than competing on the middle route, it has straightforward sections and just enough of a challenge to take a handful of marks from the winner.
The middle route (yellow/green) is the most popular route these days and is suitable for a fairly wide variety of riders and machines, catering for clubmen, non-experts, o/40, twinshocks, Pre65 etc.
The hard route (red/blue) is set out for the more typical club level expert / intermediate riders (not national standard expert riders) so it offers a decent challenge without anything radical or which requires a hinge in the bike.
Finally, the 50/50 route is a good option for anyone feeling that the middle route may not provide quite enough of a challenge but who doesn't want to try all 10 of the hard route sections. This route can also be ridden on twinshock and (modified) pre65 bikes, not just modern, depending on your ability as a rider obviously.
