TrialGP Heads Home To Birthplace

Widely regarded as the birth place of the sport, TrialGP is coming home next weekend when the Parkwood venue in the Yorkshire heartland - Tong, Bradford - hosts the next round of the highly anticipated new series. Round five of the 2017 FIM Trial World Championship will be delivered by the ACU with the support of British based series promoter Sport7. Picking up on the initial success of last year's event staged at the same venue, all the stops have been pulled out to deliver an even better occasion this time around. 

Yorkshire's Hemingway brothers Dan and Ben have been using their wealth of international Trial experience to plot fifteen testing sections, with some completely new hazards and many reworked sections already prepared for the imminent arrival of the World's best riders. The compact course and new two laps format, with a short interval between laps, will provide spectators with excellent and easy viewing opportunities throughout Sunday's main event that kicks off at 9am. 

However, TrialGP Britain will be very much a two-day event, with Saturday's programme offering a packed schedule of entertainment and the chance to get up close and personal to the riders ahead of the Trial. Official practice is a spectacle in itself, as the two-hour slot on Saturday morning gives the riders the freedom to get to grips (or the lack of it!) with the unique British terrain and provides some treasured moments to interact with the fans. Whilst the riders then prepare for qualification, spectators will have the chance to watch the next generation of Trial stars with the Oset Trial taking place throughout the day. 

Saturday's new qualification system for Trial start position has already established itself as a must-see event and to date has delivered non-stop action and intense drama, the section that the Hemmingway brothers have devised specifically for this purpose promises much more of the same. 3pm Saturday is not to be missed. 

Add to the above free paddock access to view the factory teams, a trade village with all the major British Trial importers showing their latest models and most importantly the likes of James Dabill, Jack Price, Iwan Roberts, Toby Martyn, Dan and Jack Peace plus Billy Green all being capable of taking the fight to their foreign rivals, never has there been a better reason to get yourselves along to TrialGP Great Britain.
