Red Rose Classic MCC have been forced make two changes to the remaining fixtures in their 2017 club championship calendar. Their next event, originally scheduled for Saturday, September 24, has been brought forward one week to Sunday, September 17 at Higher Sheepwash Farm, near Slaidburn. The nearest postcode is BD24 0JU.
The final round of the year should have been held at Moss Quarry on Sunday, December 3, but will now be at Warmden Quarry, between Accrington and Baxenden, nearest postcode is BB5 2DL.
The Colne-based club was formed in 1992 to promote pre-65 trials in Lancashire, and now also cater for air-cooled, drum-braked twinshock machines. They currently run 11 trials a year that count towards an annual championship, a charity fun trial at Christmas, and host the final round of the Northern British Bike Championship in October.
