Trials UK White Rose Trial

west leeds motor clubHorsforth club rider Errol Brown led off the field in the 2017 Trials UK White Rose Trial, starting number one on a very wet and windy day at Cam Head. Lots of squally showers the whole day and misty at least up at the start area. In a reversal of fortunes Richard Sadler took the top spot from last year's winner Guy Kendrew by a 3 mark advantage.

The 50/50 route was once again won by the evergreen Philip Alderson, this makes his eighth consecutive win on this route.

Scottish visitor Alan MacDonald took the win on the clubman route from Katy Sunter who was the best female competitor and therefore takes the West Leeds Owl Trophy.

Despite the weather many competitors enjoyed the ride and made a point of thanking the observers for standing out in the atrocious conditions, which West Leeds Motor Club wholeheartedly endorse.
