Peterborough TC Harry Bone Trial

peterborough tcThe first trial of the Peterborough trials club season took place today at Stibbington quarry, where 27 riders were met with a covering of snow from an overnight downpour. Some sections were eased due to the slippery conditions and we hope you all enjoyed it.   

 

The winner of the trial on 42 marks and the best intermediate was Paul Wareing riding a beta with Alistair Allan next up on 73 marks. Alfie Ray Turner stepped up to the hard route despite being a C class rider and dropped 100 marks.   

On the 50/50 route Mick Thurman was best dropping 38 marks from Nick George on 86 marks and Stewart Dickinson next up 108 marks dropped.

 

On the middle route Andrew Lancaster came out top and was best Over 40 dropping 45 marks from two other over 40 riders Jim York who dropped 48 marks and Graham Bishop who dropped 86 marks. Ryan brown was best novice on 134 marks dropped.

 

On the white route Wayne Hill managed the conditions best today dropping 10 marks with John Firko close behind on 12 marks and Trevor Cox third on 15 marks dropped.  

 

On the conducted route 4 riders tackled the snowy course. Anthony and Christian Piper Martin carried on despite cold conditions but Caelan Harvey and Oliver Rowlatt struggled with the cold weather and retired we hope they all still enjoyed there day.   

 

Thankyou to everyone that observed for us today in the snow its very much appreciated also a big thanks to the course plotters who give up their time on a Saturday. We hope for better weather and to see you all at our next trial on 22nd April at Stibbington.
