Entries are open for the Kick Energy Youth Trial which is round 4 of the Acklams Beta ACU British Solo Youth A B C & D Trials Championship which is hosted by Sheffield & Hallamshire MCC on the 10th of June at Stonedge Quarry in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The venue is easily accessible from Junction 28 and 29 of the M1 depending whether you are coming North or South.

Planning for the event is well underway and the club have done some major work since being granted permission to use the land after 20 years and some great sections are planned in what is predominantly an old sandstone quarry. Whether the clerk of the course decides to add a few muddy banks into the mix to spice things up is yet to be known. If anybody would like to offer their services for observing or punching the cards at the end of the section they will be fed and watered in return for their help.
There is unfortunately no camping at the venue by the request of the landowner but there are multiple campsites, B&B's and hotels all very close to the venue.
