The eyes of the Classic Trials world today turned to the highly popular Westmorland MC Bultaco Revival Nostalgia Trial and Martin Lampkin Team event held near Sedbergh in Cumbria. Boasting a multitude of bikes for the classic fans and former World Champion Yrjo Vesterinen with four times Spanish Champion, Manuel Soler competing, the day was topped of with the appearance of 1979 World Champion, Bernie Schreiber riding on British soil for the first time in thirty years.
The overall event was won by Dan Clark who prevailed in a furthest-clean tie-break with Glen Scholey with both dropping just a single dab over the course of the day. The the team event was won by Team Young Guns, Carl Batty, Dan Clark and Ben Butterworth on a total of 14.
