There was no stopping veteran Dougie Lampkin - Vertigo at this year's famous Scott Time & Observation Trial as he once again showed the youngsters how it's done and completed the remarkable feat of winning this prestigious event to add to his SSDT victory this year and to the Scott and SSDT double he achieved in 2017.
In extremely wet conditions with high water levels that caused problems round the course, the forty-two year-old arrived at the finish five minutes behind standard time setter, Jack Price - Gas Gas, but with fifteen marks less on observation giving him an overall score of fifty six to Price's sixty-six, it was to be Lampkin who once again lifted the Alfred Scott Memorial Trophy. Third place went to James Dabill - Beta who beat Price on observation but was twenty-two minutes down on observation, giving him an overall score of eighty.
