The Eboracum crew were out in force with a massive 100 plus entry for the Kay Trophy Trial at Ouseburn. After a misty start the sun came out and temperatures hit double figures to make for a great days trialling.
Olly Kendra continued his good run of form to take the win and take home the Kay Trophy. Kendra's closest rival, Russ Rooksby, couldn't match Olly's score on the final section 10 to seal his fate as a worthy runner up.
Ben Myers won Clubman B on one of two Bultaco's in the event - the other belonging to Anthony Thompson on the White route. Mark Summer cleaned up in Clubman B over 50's by virtue of furthest cleans.
Elliott Laws was on top form to take the win in Youth A. Mark Myers had a good win in Youth B, as did Harrison Skelton in Youth C.
Becoming very popular at Eboracum trials is the White route, which welcomed a healthy entry of both Adult and Youth riders.
Our next event is the 1st Club Championship on 23rd March, at Hovingham Quarry (YO62 4NN), start 1pm.
