The five World Pro Trial Riders against whom disciplinary proceedings were opened following incidents that occurred in the World Pro category on 24 May in Ile Rousse, Corsica, on the first day of the Grand Prix d’Europe, Messrs Toni Bou, Albert Cabestany, Jeroni Fajardo, Takahisa Fujinami and Adam Raga, appeared at a hearing before the FIM International Disciplinary Court (CDI) in Geneva on 6 October 2014.
The decision of the CDI, sitting as a Single Judge, in the person of Mrs Clotilde Galy (FR), was notified to the aforementioned Riders at the end of last week. The Single Judge found no evidence to support a finding that the five Riders were guilty of reprehensible sporting misconduct. Consequently, no sanctions have been imposed on the Riders concerned.
